Q: How long do items from the Firefly Clubwear range take to arrive?

A: Please allow 4-6 weeks at peak times as most items in our range are made to order.  If you have a specific date in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to meet your requirements.  All other items will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.


Q: How do I know which size garment is right for me?

A: Please refer to our Size Guide section.


 Q:  How do I know if the item is in stock?

A:  Occasionally an item may be temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen demand.  If this is the case, the item will be marked as ‘out of stock’ when no longer available.  Should an issue arise you will be contacted by our customer services team.


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A:  Most of our customers prefer to use Paypal, which is linked to our website at checkout for your convenience.  If you don’t yet have a Paypal account you can sign-up for one here.  We also accept cheques (made payable to Emily White) and postal orders- please remember to add the cost of postage to your order if using either of these methods of payment.  Send your cheque/postal order to our Head Office address: Firefly Clubwear, Kiltearn House, Kiltearn, Evanton, Ross-shire IV16 9UY with your order/contact details and postal address.


Q: Do you take custom orders?

A:  We can work with you to create a custom outfit just for you!  please contact us for further information and to discuss some ideas.


Q:  Do you have a shop?

A:  No, Firefly Clubwear is an online store only.


Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A:  No, Firefly Clubwear doesn’t sell wholesale.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes- please refer to our shipping section for details.


Q:  Can I return items?

A:  Please refer to our returns policy for details.
