7 Day Policy

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase from Firefly Clubwear!  However if something’s not quite right, we do offer a 7 day Return policy. Please ensure any labels or protective strips remain attached to the item.  Purchases must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition.  We cannot refund items which have been used or damaged in your person.

How to return

You can return Products by post to our Head Office within 7 days of receiving your goods for a refund (or exchange subject to availability).

Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.  We suggest you use registered mail as proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

Refund process

We will process a refund for the full price you paid for the item/s, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 1 day of receiving the item/s.
